Workflow forms allow you to design forms to collect user inputs and use them in your knowledge submission and curation workflows within Microsoft Power Automate.

You can access the Workflow forms by browsing to Extensions > Insight+ Curation > Workflow forms in iManage Control Center.

After creating and publishing a form, you must select the same in the Form ID field in a trigger in iManage connector within Power Automate when designing a workflow.
