When loading elements in the system, the Define attribute must be included, and set to yes or AddOnly as in the following example for location data:
<Location Define="yes" Id="TLA" Name="TopLocation"> <LocationType Id="ENT" /></Location>Define="yes"will either create or modify the item if it already exists.Define="AddOnly"will create a new item but will produce an error if it already exists. It reduces some overhead by assuming all data is new, and can perform much faster during a large data conversion.
All parent information must be included. For example, when loading record data, each record must reference the matter, client, and any parent file parts to which it belongs.
