The IRM Data Loader enables an administrator to load information from external sources into IRM Cloud Service. For more information on installing the Data Loader, refer to Installing Records Manager Components.

Data Loader is designed to be used for the following scenarios:

• Loading information from other records repositories (performed once during migration to IRM Server).

• Incremental additions of information from a document management system (performed regularly).

• Status updates from an external information system (performed regularly).
