Physical or virtual keypads on the devices can be used for entering user IDs, location IDs, record folder IDs, box IDs, and any other necessary information.

The following table shows the procedure for entering numbers and letters for Zebra TC21, Zebra TC52, and other Android operating system devices.

Entering Numbers

Select the ABC button to display the virtual keyboard. Select the button in the lower-left corner of the keyboard "?!(smile)" to enter numbers or other non-alphabetical characters.
Select ABC again to resume entry of alphabetical characters.
Select the green check icon at the lower-right corner of the keyboard to enter the data and proceed.

Entering Letters

Select the ABC button to display the virtual keyboard. Select letters to enter, as required.
Select the green check icon at the lower-right corner of the keyboard to enter the data and proceed.
