Ensure that the iManage Records Manager mobile computer software is loaded on the unit. For more information, refer to Installing IRM Handheld Scanning Module on scanner and Configuring BarcodeConfig.xml on RM Desktop Client Machine.

On the mobile computer desktop, select the Windows icon and then Programs > Records Manager. The Records Manager menu opens.
