Performing an Inventory on File Parts
Turn on the unit and start Records Manager.
Select the Inventory File Part icon.
(Optional) In the Inventory File Part screen, in the Location ID field, scan or enter the location ID. To skip entering this information, select Next on the screen.
In the file part field, scan the file part that’s being inventoried. You can continue to scan multiple file parts.
The number of file parts scanned is displayed in the Item Count: N field, where N is the number of file parts scanned.On the screen, select the Back button once to return to the Location ID field, and then change the location ID entered.
On the screen, select Home to return to the Records Manager menu.
Performing an Inventory on Boxes
Turn on the unit and start Records Manager.
Select the Inventory Box icon.
In the Inventory Box screen, you may be prompted for a box Vendor ID if this feature is enabled and a box vendor ID hasn't been entered already. Enter or scan the box vendor ID.
For more information, refer to Setting a warehouse vendor identifier.(Optional) In the Location ID field, scan or enter the location ID. To skip entering this information, select Next on the screen.
In the Box field, scan the box that is being inventoried. You can continue to scan multiple boxes.

On the screen, select Home to return to the Records Manager menu.
