Turn the unit on and start Records Manager. 

Select the Unbox icon.

(Optional) In the Unbox screen, in the Location ID field, scan or enter the location ID. To skip entering this information, select Next on the screen.

In the Record Status field, scan or enter the record status.

In the record folder field, scan the record folder to remove. You can continue to scan multiple record folders.
The number of record folders scanned is displayed in the Item Count: N field, where N is the number of record folders scanned.

On the screen, select the Back button once to return to the Record Status field, and then change the record status entered.
Alternatively, select it twice to return to the Location ID field, and then change the location ID entered.

On the screen, select Home to return to the Records Manager menu.
