After creating file parts or boxes, they're ready for label printing and appear in the Pending Items list. If you don't want to print labels, you can remove the file parts or boxes from the list, by marking them as printed. This ensures that labels aren't mistakenly printed by other users.
In the Navigation pane, select the Circulation tab.
In the File Activities pane, select File Labels or Box Labels, depending on whether you are marking file part labels or box labels. The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of file parts or boxes that are due for label printing.
Select file parts or boxes, and then select Mark as Printed. File parts or boxes move from the Pending Items list to the Printed Items list.
