NOTE: For a matter that doesn't allow a new file part to be added, the 
icon is displayed in the attributes column.
In the Navigation pane, select the Records tab.
Search or browse for the matter.
Right-click the matter, and select Properties. The Edit Matter dialog opens.
Deselect the Allow new file parts check box.
Select OK.
