To maintain accuracy and consistency between file part properties (metadata) entered in the system and labels generated, the application lets you reprint labels of file parts whose properties (metadata) are modified.
Modify a file part according to the instructions in Modify File Parts.
In the Record Activities pane, select File Labels. The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of file parts that are due for label printing. The recently modified file parts are also displayed in this list.
Continue with Printing File Labels.
NOTE: Contact your administrator for a list of properties which require a label reprint when they're modified.
