Matters

The count of matters under the collection.

Select View Matters to navigate to the Matters page.

Security Policy

The security policy of the collection.

Select View Security Policy to navigate to the Security page.

Conflicted Users

The count of conflicted users on the collection.

Select View Conflicted Users to navigate to the Conflicted Users page.

Staffing

The count of users that are part of the collection staffing.

Select View Staffing to navigate to the Staffing tab in the collection Details page. You can modify the staffing details for the collection under the Staffing tab. Refer to Defining Collection Staffing.

Holds

The count of holds that the collection is a part of.

Select View Holds to navigate to the Security tab which contains the Holds panel. Refer to Viewing and managing Collection Holds.

Allowed Users

The count of all users who have access to the collection. In case of collection with open' security policy, All Users is displayed in place of a count. This is because all non-excluded users have access to the collection.

Excluded Users

The count of all users who are excluded from the the collection, by way of confliction or other security policy.
