1. Click Users / Roles in the left navigation pane.
    The Users page with the list of users appears. 
  2. Click Roles tab.
    The Roles pane, with the list of roles defined in iManage Security Policy Manager, appears. The number of roles defined in the system are enumerated next to the tab name. 
    You can view the following details of the each role on this page:
    • Name - Role name
    • Description - Role Definition
    • Users - Number of users who are assigned that role in iManage Security Policy Manager

  3. To view the list of users who are assigned a particular role, click on the row of the respective role.
    The <Role> page, with the list of users assigned to that particular role, appears.

    NOTE:

    You can filter the list of users assigned to the role by name.
