Click Users / Roles in the left navigation pane.
The Users / Roles > Users tab with the list of users and groups appears. The user list comprises the staff of the firm present in iManage Security Policy Manager. The number of users and the groups imported or added in the system are enumerated next to the tab name.
Alternatively,
- To view the list of users present in iManage Security Policy Manager, in the Home page, click View Users.
- To view the list of groups present in iManage Security Policy Manager, in the Home page, click View Groups.
In this page, you can view the following details for each user / group:
Name - User full name / group name.
- Job title (not applicable for groups)
- Practice area (not applicable for groups)
