In the Clients dashboard, 

  1. Select anywhere on a client group row to navigate to the Matters page. The list of matters under the client group are displayed, by default. Click the Timeline tab.
    Alternatively

  2. In the client group row, select  > Timeline. The timeline displays. The timeline displays, showing you the sequence of updates and changes to the client group, in chronological order, filtered to the latest 90 days' changes.

TIP: You have the option to further filter the results in the change record based on the user who effected the changes, category (details, security, staffing, matters, client groups, conflicted users and opposing clients), or to adjust the time range from the default 90 days.

You can also download the timeline of activity performed on the client group. Select Download Report. The entire activity sequence in chronological order is downloaded in PDF format.

If you want the report in MS Excel format, click  > Download Excel Report.

If the Timeline has been filtered, the user is prompted to confirm if the full report should be downloaded or if the filtered report is preferred.
