In the Clients dashboard, 

  • Click anywhere on a client group row to navigate to the Matters page. The list of matters under the client group are displayed, by default. Click the Timeline tab.
    Alternatively
  • In the client group row, click  > Timeline.
    You can view the sequence of updates done for the client group information in a chronological order.

NOTE:

You have the option to filter the results in the change record based on the user who affected the changes, category (details, security, clients, staffing, conflicted users and opposing team sets), or the time range within which the changes were effected or by the user who has effected the changes.
You can also download the timeline of activity performed on the client group. Select Download Report. The entire activity sequence in a chronological order is downloaded in .pdf format.

If you want the report in MS Excel format, click  > Download Excel Report.

If the Timeline has been filtered, the user is prompted to confirm if the full report should be downloaded or if the filtered report is preferred.
