Overview
iManage AI is a set of AI capabilities built natively into the iManage platform. It operates at scale directly on content stored in iManage library, applying the platform's existing security and governance controls to every AI interaction.
iManage platform provides the following iManage AI capabilities.
Asking questions using Ask: Ask is a powerful generative AI assistant that enables dynamic interaction with your content on the iManage platform. It allows you to ask questions directly within documents, transcripts, emails, and more. Ask quickly scans and analyzes content to provide precise, contextual answers—pointing to exactly where the information is located. This fosters a natural, conversational way to explore documents, uncover insights, and streamline decision-making.
Document comparison and redline analysis: Document comparison in iManage platform finds differences between two versions of Microsoft Word documents. You can select a revised document and an original document in the Compare pane and iManage platform then generates a comparison that highlights additions, deletions, and formatting changes.
Redline analysis shows deleted content in the strikethrough and added content as insertions so you can review each line-level change.
Running Playbook analysis: Playbooks in iManage platform provide an instant risk assessment of a document by identifying contract deviations, missing protections, and noncompliant clauses.
Tabular review: You can use the tabular review (also called table view) to ask questions across a batch of documents at once, and this view returns the answers in a tabular format, with each row typically representing a document and a column representing the answers to each question.
