This guide contains essential information for an admin user, including a first-time admin user, to get started with iManage Threat Manager in the Cloud. This guide includes step-by-step procedures for system access and use, including setup verification and best-practice configuration.
Responsiveness and mobile device input types
Information in this document, including any screenshots, is based on usage of the iManage Threat Manager application on a full-size display. The application is responsive, however, so the spatial arrangement of some interface elements may differ on devices with smaller screens.
Conventions
This document uses the following conventions:
Notational conventions
Convention | Usage |

Terms and definitions
iManage Threat Manager uses the caption strings in iManage Work, such as Custom1, Custom2, Practice Area, and Project. In this document, terminology for iManage Threat Manager components is based on the default captions Client and Matter, which appear in component names such as Matter Activity, Matter Activity Rule, and Client. Workflow, procedures, and functionality are unchanged regardless of the caption set.

You can retrieve the latest available product documentation from iManage’s Knowledge Base in the iManage Help Center. A document in the Knowledge Base has a version number (for example, version 7.5) and may also have a revision number (for example, revision 3). The version number applies to the product that the document describes. The revision number applies to the document. The Knowledge Base contains the latest available revision of any document.
