The Filing errors report provides the current number of emails with filing errors from all mailboxes, group by mailbox, error type, and filing method.

To generate a Filing errors report:

  1. In iManage Control Center, browse to Extensions > Email.

  2. Select the Reports tab.

  3. In the Mailbox activity reports section, select Filing errors.

  4. Select Generate Report.

After you select Generate Report, a row for the Filing errors report is added to the Reports table. The Status shows as Generating while the report is being processed, and switches to Completed when it’s finished.

When the report is ready, the Download edac92d0-e1b8-488b-9210-f1cf3ca2d2b3.png and Trash trash.png icons display on the row of the newly generated report in the Reports table.

  • Select the Trash trash.png icon to delete the report.

  • Select the Download download.png icon to download the report in CSV format.
