The Linked folders report provides the current number of linked folders (including broken and inactive links) for all mailboxes, grouped by mailbox.
To generate a Linked folders report:
In iManage Control Center, browse to Extensions > Email.
Select the Reports tab.
In the Mailbox activity reports section, select Linked folders.
Select Generate Report.
After you select Generate Report, a row for the Linked folders report is added to the Reports table. The Status shows as Generating while the report is being processed, and switches to Completed when it’s finished.
When the report is ready, the Download and Trash icons display on the row of the newly generated report in the Reports table.
Select the Trash icon to delete the report.
Select the Download icon to download the report in CSV format.
