Built on the foundations of iManage Work at cloudimanage.com, and using Microsoft 365 subscriptions, Collaboration Links facilitates iManage Work Next Generation Co-authoring between your internal credentialed users and guest users, who are granted access on a
single-document, time-bound basis.
NOTE: A guest user can be:
A user external to your company.
A non-iManage user in your company.
An active iManage user in your company who has a short-term requirement to get access to a document restricted by iManage Security Policy Manager.

Administrators retain full control with robust, granular permissions. Sharing policies can be configured and enabled per user, role, document version, and through a mandatory expiration date to meet the most demanding compliance and governance requirements.
