The Workflows list lets you view the list of Microsoft Power Automate workflows set up for the given library under the tenant and their details even when you’re not the workflow creator.

To access the Workflows list in iManage Control Center, browse to Extensions > Workflow Manager > Workflows.

The Workflows list helps you to:

  • View workflow properties.

  • Hide an active workflow being used in iManage Work. Your organization might have multiple workflows created for users in iManage Work. If you want to turn off any selected workflow, you can do it from Power Automate only if you're the author or co-owner of that workflow.
The Workflows list helps you control the visibility of workflows for the users from iManage Control Center even for workflows for which you aren't the owner or the author in Power Automate.
