In addition to the prerequisities mentioned for iManage Work Desktop for Windows, the following are required for DeskSite/iManage FileSite 9.3.8 or later in compatibility mode.

  • All required software and prerequisites must be installed.

  • iManage DeskSite/iManage FileSite 9.3.8 or later must be installed in compatibility mode without Email Management.

  • Users must use the same credentials for both classic and Work 10 clients.

NOTE:
If running iManage Work Desktop for Windows in Compatibility mode with iManage DeskSite or iManage FileSite, this release is supported only in Compatibility mode. From version 10.9.0 onwards, you can't install iManage Email Management for iManage DeskSite or iManage FileSite with iManage Work Desktop for Windows.
