To compare or combine documents saved to iManage Work using keyboard shortcuts, do the following: 

  1. Open the Microsoft Office application and press ALT and then press the shortcut key displayed in the application to navigate to the iManage tab. For example, press Y2 in Microsoft Word or I in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. 
    Alternatively, use the RIGHT/LEFT and UP/DOWN arrow keys or TAB to access the iManage tab. 
  2. Use the RIGHT/LEFT and UP/DOWN arrow keys or TAB to access and press ENTER when the iManage Combine or iManage Compare option is highlighted. Alternatively, press the shortcut displayed in the application to access the iManage Combine or iManage Compare dialog boxes. For example,
    • Press CC in Microsoft Word to open the iManage Compare dialog box.
    • Press CM in Microsoft Word to open the iManage Combine dialog box. 
  3.  Use the UP/DOWN, or RIGHT/LEFT arrow keys, TAB, and ENTER to make your selections. Use TAB and Spacebar to highlight and enable/disable or select/clear the radio buttons and checkboxes. 
  4. Navigate until OK is highlighted using the UP/DOWN arrow keys or TAB and press ENTER to save your changes.
