You can now open the emails, which you filed to iManage Work from iManage Work Desktop for Mac, using the following options available in iManage Work:

  • Open  option available in the Preview window
  • Open option available on the kebab menu

The emails open in read-only mode in the email application that users specify using the Preferences > Email Client Configuration option on the iManage menulet 


  •  iManage Work Desktop for Mac supports this feature only for emails in the .eml format (including emails that are filed from Gmail).
  • This feature requires that users connect to iManage Work Server 10.4.0 or later.
