You can select multiple files from their Recent Documents and Checked Out Documents lists in iManage Work and use the right-click menu, or the toolbar displayed above the list to perform the desired action on all the selected files together. For example, instead of individually printing or downloading each file that you need, select the files that you need for the current project and print/download them in one batch.


The Copy, Add to My Favorites, Move, Add to Folder, and Move to Trash options for multiple files are also available in the iManage Work view in the panel in Microsoft Outlook. Select Open Work panel in the iManage Work panel to access the view.
