Use the App Catalog page to manage your app catalog. The app catalog lists the mobile apps you have made available for your users. These include apps that users can download from public app stores and apps you intend to distribute using Ivanti. iManage Work Mobility for Ivanti is available as an AppConnect-enabled app.

  1. Sign in to your Ivanti administrator portal.
  2. Select Apps > Apps Catalog > + Add.
  3. Select iOS Store in the store chooser drop down.
  4. In the search bar, enter iManage Work 10 for Ivanti (formerly iManage Work for Mobile Iron),
  5. Select iManage Work 10 for Ivanti from the list of results, then select Next →.
  6. (Optional) Enter a description for this app.
  7. Select Next →.
  8. Select Delegate this app to all spaces.
  9. Select Everyone if you want the app to be visible to all compatible devices and authorized users. Select Custom to specify users or user groups for whom this app will be available.

  10. Select Next →.
  11. Select the + button for iOS Managed App Configuration to manage the settings for users accessing the iManage Work 10 for Ivant app:

    1. In the Name field, enter a name for this configuration, such as iManage Work.
    2. In the iOS Managed App Settings section, select +Add to enter configuration settings such as the iManage Work URL and authentication and policy settings specific for iManage Work Mobility. See App policy configurations for a complete list of configurable settings.

    3. In the Distribute this App Config section, select the users to which this App Config should be distributed.
  12. Select Next →.
  13. Select Done.
