Setting up AppTunnel for Docs@Work

If you're using AppTunnel for secure communication, you want to set it for Docs@Work.

To add an app configuration for Docs@Work:

1. In the top menu bar of the Ivanti administrator portal, go to Policies & Configs > Add New > AppConnect > App Configuration.
2. Enter a name for the app configuration.
3. Select the Bundle ID of Docs@Work in the Application field.
4. Under AppTunnel Rules, select <ANY> under the Service column to route all traffic from Docs@Work through AppConnect.
5. Enter '*' under the URL Wildcard column.
6. Select the Identity Certificate.
