The administrator can customize the co-authoring templates and upload them to the iManage Control Center, to make the templates available to all users in a single instance. This helps the administrator cut down on the time required to upload, test and re-deploy the templates. The updated templates are made available to the client machine within 12 hours. 

  1. In iManage Control Center, select Client Setup.
  2. In the left pane, navigate to CLIENT SETUP > Office.
  3. Select Email Templates and then select the  icon. The Add File dialog box appears.
  4. Select Browse and select the template(s) to be uploaded.
  5. Select Save. The file is added under Email Configurations.
  6. The file is downloaded in the client machines to the %AppData%\Roaming\iManage\Work\Templates\ folder.
