The administrator can customize the co-authoring templates and upload them to the iManage Control Center, to make the templates available to all users in a single instance. This helps the administrator cut down on the time required to upload, test and re-deploy the templates. The updated templates are made available to the client machine within 12 hours.
- In iManage Control Center, select Client Setup.
- In the left pane, navigate to CLIENT SETUP > Office.
- Select Email Templates and then select the icon. The Add File dialog box appears.
