To export a chat, do the following:

1. Browse to the Ask iManage available in the sidebar or Ask iManage page. For instructions about how to access the sidebar or Ask iManage page, refer to

   • Accessing Ask iManage from iManage home page.

   • Accessing Ask iManage in a new tab or browser.

2. Hover over iManage icon and select Expand sidebar to view all the conversations saved.

3. Select and open a chat.

4. Select Export in the top-right corner of the page.

5. Select one of the following options.

   The chat is downloaded to your device.
