The Application Downloads Total dashboard tile provides a summary of application download activity for applications used across your iManage Cloud customer environments during the selected reporting period. For each application, the tile displays the total number of downloads across all customers, along with a visual bar graph that represents download volume. This lets users quickly identify the most frequently downloaded applications and compare download activity across their iManage Cloud customer environments.

The tile includes tools to search for specific applications, sort results by application name or download count, and navigate through paginated results. Users can also export application download data to a CSV file for further analysis or access the Usage Over Time report to view detailed download trends and historical activity over the selected reporting period.

Application Downloads Total tile actions

In the Application Downloads Total tile, you can:

  • Search for applications

  • Sort the application list by:

    • Application name

    • The number of application downloads

  • Navigate through the application list using page controls:

    • Specify the number of applications shown per page

    • Navigate through pages using the Prev and Next buttons

    • Navigate directly to an application list page

  • Download application download details in CSV format

  • Open another page to view a more detailed report about application downloads

Search for an application

To search for an application, enter a search string in the Find field that includes all or part of the application name.

Sort the application list

To sort the application list by:

  • Application name: Select the Application column heading.

  • The number of application downloads: Select the Downloads column heading.

Navigate through the application list

Use the application list controls to specify how many applications appear on each page, move to the previous or next page, or go directly to a specific page.

Specify the number of applications shown

From the Items per page drop-down list, select the number of applications to display in the tile:

  • 25 (default)

  • 50

  • 100

  • 250

Navigate through pages

Use the following options to move through the pages of the application list:

  • Prev: Go to the previous page

  • Next: Go to the next page

Navigate directly to a page

To go directly to a page in the application list, select the page from the Page x of y drop-down list.

Download application request details

To download application download details in CSV format, select the download icon.png icon.

View a more detailed report

To open a page that displays more details about application downloads, select the drill down icon.png icon. For more information, refer to Usage Over Time report page.
