Cloud analytics provides insight into how your iManage Cloud environment is used and performing. It helps you monitor storage and system resource consumption so you can make informed decisions that support efficiency, planning, and overall usage health.

iManage Cloud Usage Analytics provides a detailed, easy-to-navigate view of your storage consumption and system activity. Through intuitive dashboards and downloadable reports, you can quickly assess how your iManage Cloud services are performing, spot trends, and share meaningful insights across your team. You can also extend access to additional team members so they can review or explore the data as needed.

This tool is designed to give you clear visibility into your resource usage—not for billing purposes, but to help you optimize your environment.

Cloud Usage Analytics is delivered through a plug-in within the iManage Admin Portal. The dashboard presents high-level insights at a glance, with the option to dive deeper by adjusting filters such as date range or data scope. You can also download reports and manage who has permission to view this information.

When iManage grants a tenant access to iManage Cloud Usage Analytics, the provisional administrator for that tenant automatically receives administrative permissions for the Cloud Analytics area in iManage Admin Portal. With this access, the administrator can sign in to Admin Portal to view and export usage reports, as well as manage who else can access them.
