The Customer Consumption dashboard tile provides a consolidated view of application usage by customer during the selected reporting period. For each customer and application combination, the tile displays the customer ID, customer name, application name, total number of application requests, and total number of application downloads. This lets users analyze how individual customers are consuming specific applications and compare request and download activity across their iManage Cloud customer environments.

The tile includes tools to search for customers or applications, sort results by customer name, application name, request count, or download count, and navigate through paginated results. Users can also export customer application request and download data to a CSV file for further analysis. By combining request and download metrics in a single view, the Customer Consumption tile provides valuable insight into customer engagement and application usage patterns.

Customer Consumption tile actions

In the Customer Consumption tile, you can:

  • Search for customers or applications

  • Sort the customer application list by:

    • Customer name

    • Application name

    • The number of application requests

    • The number of application downloads

  • Navigate through the customer application list using page controls:

    • Specify the number of items shown per page

    • Navigate through pages using the Prev and Next buttons

    • Navigate directly to an item list page

  • Download customer application request and download details in CSV format

Search for a customer or application

To search for a customer or application, enter a search string in the Search customer or application field that includes all or part of the customer’s or application’s name.

Sort the customer application list

To sort the customer application list by:

  • Customer name: Select the Customer column heading.

  • Application name: Select the App Name column heading.

  • The number of application requests: Select the Requests column heading.

  • The number of application downloads: Select the Downloads column heading.

Navigate through the customer application list

Use the customer application list controls to specify how many items appear on each page, move to the previous or next page, or go directly to a specific page.

Specify the number of items shown

From the Items per page drop-down list, select the number of items to display in the tile:

  • 25 (default)

  • 50

  • 100

  • 250

Navigate through pages

Use the following options to move through the pages of the customer application list:

  • Prev: Go to the previous page

  • Next: Go to the next page

Navigate directly to a page

To go directly to a page in the customer application list, select the page from the Page x of y drop-down list.

Download customer application request and download details

To download customer application request and download details in CSV format, select the download icon.png icon.
