Before setting up email notifications for reviewers, map an iManage Work property to the property type: Approver using the Add Property Mapping option under Settings > Metadata Mapping to set the reviewer at the workspace or folder level.

To set multiple reviewers, map multiple iManage Work properties to the property type: Approver using the Add Property Mapping option under Settings > Metadata Mapping.

You can set the following iManage Work properties to the property type: Approver:

• custom3, custom4, custom11, or custom12 for Disposition reviewers

• custom13 to custom16 for additional Disposition reviewers
