You can do the following in the iManage Disposition Manager interface:

• Use the left pane to access the various components.

• Use app switcher to access iManage Work and iManage Insight+.

• View user profile details.

• View application version number.

• Expand and collapse left pane.

• Sign out of the application

Accessing iManage Work and iManage Insight+

You can now access iManage Work at cloudimanage.com and iManage Insight+ (if you have subscribed and have access to this application) from iManage Disposition Manager.

To access one of these applications:

1. Sign in to http://cloudimanage.com/idm/web.

2. Select the icon and then select iManage Work or iManage Insight+ (if available).

   You'll then be redirected to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com or iManage Insight+ application based on your selection.

Viewing user profile details

Select your name in the top right corner and select Profile. Your profile details are displayed as shown below. If you're a Records Manager, the Roles displays Record Manager as shown.

If you're a Disposition Reviewer, then Roles field is empty as shown in the following figure.

Viewing the application version number

You can view the version number of the application that you’re currently using by selecting the question mark icon at the top-right side of the application. The version number updates automatically with each release.

Expanding and collapsing left pane

Select to expand or collapse the left pane.

Signing out of iManage Disposition Manager

Select your name in the top right corner and select Logout. You'll be signed out of iManage Disposition Manager
