The search result item in the iManage Insight+ search interface displays certain predefined metadata. The metadata displayed in the search result item can be configured in iManage Insight+ administration interface.
As the iManage Insight+ administrator for your organization, you can configure the metadata to be displayed in the List view/Card view for a selected search result. You can configure different properties to be displayed as metadata in both the List view and the Card view for a content type (documents, emails, people, matters, and clients). The configuration procedure remains the same.
NOTE: iManage Insight+ comes with pre-configured metadata properties for each of the different content types (documents, emails, people, matters, and clients) it supports. You can edit these properties as per your requirements.
On the Configuration page, select Content types.

If you know the property you're looking for, search for it using the Find properties search field. All such properties that are already added to the view type for the content type in the Available properties panel appear grayed out. For example, Author is grayed out as it's already an added property for the List view for the content type.Figure: Available properties paneTo remove a selected property, select > Remove.
