User management for iManage Insight+ Admin application

NOTE: To add a user and give the user permissions, you must be a user in iManage Control Center with a Global Management role having Group Management permissions.

Group Management: Allows users to add other users to Global groups in iManage Control Center. Groups have predefined privileges that the user inherits after becoming a part of that group.

For more information about the specific operations allowed, refer to the Roles section in our documentation.

To provide access to the iManage Insight+ administration application and perform administrative tasks for iManage Insight+, you must:

  1. Grant App management privilege to the user to view or perform operations on the Applications page in Control Center.

  2. Add the user to the INSIGHTPLUS_PRODUCT_MANAGER global group. This group has the permissions that allow it to access the iManage Insight+ administration application.
