Transferring File Parts
Turn on the unit and start Records Manager.
Select the Transfer File Part icon.
In the Transfer file part screen, in the User ID field, scan or enter the user ID.
(Optional) In the Location ID field, scan or enter the location ID. To skip entering this information, select Next on the screen.
In the file part field, scan the file part to transfer. You can continue to scan multiple file parts.
The number of file parts scanned is displayed in the Item Count: N field, where N is the number of file parts scanned.On the screen, select the Back button once to return to the Location ID field, and then change the location ID entered. Alternatively, select it twice to return to the User ID field, and then change the user ID entered.
On the screen, select the Home button to return to the Records Manager menu.
Transferring Boxes
Turn on the unit and start Records Manager.
Select the Transfer Box icon.
In the Transfer Box screen, you may be prompted for a box Vendor ID if this feature is enabled and a box vendor ID hasn't been entered already. Enter or scan the box vendor ID.

In the Box field, scan the box to transfer. You can continue to scan multiple boxes.
