To move a location to a new place in the location hierarchy:

1. In the Navigation pane, select the Administration tab.

2. In the Setup Policies pane, select Locations. The top-level locations in your hierarchy appear in the List pane.

3. To find the location to move, browse to the desired level in the hierarchy of locations.

4. Right-click the location, and then select Move Location. The Move Location dialog opens.

5. Select the   icon and then select the new parent location for this location.

6. Select OK.

Updating the Location Hierarchy

After any location is moved, you must refresh the location hierarchy.

1. Right-click the location, and select Update Location Hierarchy. The Move Location dialog opens.
   Alternatively,
   In the Navigation pane, select the Administration tab.

   1. In the Setup Policies pane, select Locations. The top-level locations in your hierarchy appear in the List pane.

   2. From the Action menu, select Update Location Hierarchy.
      An informational message appears to alert you that the update has started.
