In Configuration > Roles, the Roles tab displays all roles defined in iManage Threat Manager, along with a count of how many users and groups have been assigned to each role. Use it to see how access is currently distributed across roles, then select a role to view its description, assigned members, and change history.

The Roles tab contains a table that displays all roles with the following information:
Role name
Role description
Member count (number of users and groups assigned to the role)

Sorting
The list is sorted by Name in ascending order by default
To sort by a different field, select the column header (Name, Description, or Member count)
Select the same column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order
An arrow next to the column header indicates the sort direction: up arrow = ascending; down arrow = descending
Column visibility
To hide columns, select the column settings icon at the top right of the table
The Name column cannot be hidden
Columns currently being used to sort the table cannot be hidden
Task: View a role's details
To see the description of a role and view the members (users and groups) assigned to it:
Go to Configuration > Roles and select the Roles tab.
Select the role name. The Roles Details page opens and displays the role's description, assigned members, and change history.
