If you have popup blockers enabled in your browser, it may possibly block you from opening your files using Microsoft Office for the web. We recommend that you disable popup blocker when accessing iManage Work. 

You can also open your browser settings and navigate to block popups preference and add your iManage Work URL in the allow/exceptions list.
