To edit a specific version of a Microsoft Office file:
- Select the file and then select .
- Select Versions. The Versions panel appears. All the versions created for the selected file are displayed.
- Select the version of the file you want to edit and select .
- Select Open and then select one of the following options:
- View: Allows you to view the file.
- Edit: Allows you to edit or co-author the file.
Edit as new version: Allows you to edit the file as a new version.
The Microsoft Office file opens in a browser window or a browser tab.
