To edit a specific version of a Microsoft Office file:

  1. Select the file and then select .
  2. Select Versions. The Versions panel appears. All the versions created for the selected file are displayed. 
  3. Select the version of the file you want to edit and select .
  4. Select Open and then select one of the following options: 
    • View: Allows you to view the file.
    • Edit: Allows you to edit or co-author the file.
    • Edit as new version: Allows you to edit the file as a new version.

The Microsoft Office file opens in a browser window or a browser tab.
