You can view or edit a file opened in the Preview panel by selecting  in the Preview window and then selecting one of the following options: 

• View: Opens the file in Microsoft Office for the web in view mode.
• Edit: Opens the file in Microsoft Office for the web in edit mode. 

• Edit as a new version: Creates a new version of file and opens the file in Microsoft Office for the web in edit mode.

  NOTE:

  • If the file is checked out by another user using Microsoft Office for the web, then Edit as new version is not available. 
  • If the file is checked out by an another user using iManage Work desktop clients like iManage Desktop for Windows and iManage Desktop for Mac, then you cannot edit the file using Microsoft Office for the web.
  • Ensure Accessibility Mode is not selected in Microsoft Word when you view your Microsoft Word files using Microsoft Office for the web.
