When creating a new form using Form Builder, you can use eight generic fields. Each generic field has one or more options that can be customized in the field settings.

Number Format: Select between Integer or Decimal. | ||
Maximum and Minimum Value: Select either Integer or Decimal and then set a lower and upper limits. | ||
Dropdown | Name: Will be visible to the users of the form and in the Microsoft Power Automate designer. | |

Required Field: Turn on to set the dropdown field as required when the form renders in iManage Work. | ||
DROPDOWN VALUES: Select to add up to 25 dropdown values. Every dropdown option is associated with an ID and a Label. NOTE: The dropdown ID has to be unique for the dropdown field. | ||
Custom message | Message: Edit the message content.

Style: Select if the custom message must be displayed either as an Info or Warning label (or None for un-styled) on the user interface. | ||

Input type: Select Single value to allow single user selection in the form when it renders. Select Multi value to allow multiple user selections in the form when it renders. External email addresses provided by users can be separated by a comma. | ||
User Selection: Select Allow users from current library only to allow users who are a part of the library in which the form is being created. Select Allow any user or email address to allow users who are a part of the library in which the form is created. For users who aren’t a part of the iManage Work system, they can enter their email address in the following format:
