Resolving Navigation Pane and EMM toolbar overlapping issues
In Microsoft Outlook 365, the navigation bar is displayed on the left by default, and it's no longer a preview feature. Hence, iManage Email Management integration with Microsoft Outlook now assumes that the navigation pane is displayed on the left and the users no longer have to configure the PreviewPlace registry setting to avoid the navigation pane from overlapping with the iManage Email Management toolbar.
However, if the navigation pane is unavailable in Microsoft Outlook, administrators can set the PreviewPlace registry setting in the following location to turn off the adjustments made to the iManage Email Management toolbar placement, which are meant to avoid overlapping of the navigation pane in Microsoft Outlook 365.
Location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\iManage\Work\10.0\EMM\Preferences
Name: PreviewPlace
Type: DWORD
Value:
0 (Disabled) Default
1 (Enabled)
NOTE:
If PreviewPlace is not set, then iManage Work EMM toolbar is not repositioned if the following keys are set to true
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides\Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides\Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubSDK
