Viewing document properties
You can use keyboard shortcuts to view the Timeline, Versions, and Properties panels from Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Visio, and Adobe Acrobat applications (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC) by doing the following:
- Open the Microsoft Office application, or Microsoft Visio, or Adobe Acrobat applications from which you want to view the Timeline, Versions, or Properties panels.
- Press ALT and then press the shortcut key displayed in the application to navigate to the iManage tab. For example, press Y2 in Microsoft Word or I in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to access the iManage tab.
Alternatively, use the RIGHT/LEFT and UP/DOWN arrow keys to access the iManage tab. You can also use TAB to access the iManage tab when working with Microsoft Office applications or Microsoft Visio. - Press the keyboard shortcut provided in the application to access the Timeline, Versions, or Properties panel. For example,
- Press Y7 in Microsoft Word or T in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the Timeline panel.
- Press Y8 in Microsoft Word or P in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the Properties panel.
- Press V in Microsoft Word or V in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the Versions panel.
- Use the RIGHT/LEFT and UP/DOWN arrow keys or TAB to navigate through the options available in the Timeline, Properties, or Versions panel. When the required selection is highlighted, press ENTER. The related details are displayed.
You can also press F6 to ensure the the focus is on the iManage panel that you have opened.
