Opening emails filed from Mac in default email application

You can now open the emails, which you filed to iManage Work from iManage Work Desktop for Mac, using the following options available in iManage Work:

  • Open images/download/attachments/125066769/Open.png option available in the Preview window

  • Open option available on the kebab menu

The emails open in read-only mode in the email application that users specify using the Preferences > Email Client Configuration option on the iManage menulet images/download/thumbnails/125066769/MenuletIcon.png .

NOTE:

  • iManage Work Desktop for Mac supports this feature only for emails in the .eml format (including emails that are filed from Gmail).

  • This feature requires that users connect to iManage Work Server 10.4.0 or later.
