Before configuring iManage Work Mobility for Intune:

  • Have a thorough understanding of your organization's security needs and configure any iOS security policies accordingly. The Microsoft Intune website has many resources to help you learn and implement their solution: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/end-user-mam-apps-ios

  • Familiarize yourself with the following Microsoft Intune documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/fundamentals/
  • Confirm that you can sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager in order to manage your company's Intune configurations: https://endpoint.microsoft.com/
  • For proper enforcement of Intune policies, ensure the email address users use to sign in to iManage Work match the email address they use to sign in to Office 365.

  • Ensure all intended users of iManage Work Mobility for Intune have an Intune license added through the Office 365 portal.

  • Ensure users are connecting to iManage Work in the Cloud or iManage Work Server 10.3.4 or later. 
  • Ensure devices have iOS 16 or later​ installed.
  • Familiarize yourself with iManage's application policies and determine the appropriate settings (if necessary): See App policy configurations.
