Overview

Billing Analytics in iManage Admin Portal provides administrators with a centralized, role‑based view of how their organization uses its cloudimanage.com subscription. Available as a feature of Admin Portal, it surfaces storage and user license consumption through dashboard tiles that help administrators quickly assess utilization, anticipate overages, and align subscriptions with actual usage.

The Billing Analytics section is available in Admin Portal and is organized into two primary areas:

Billing, which summarizes usage for a selected billing statement month and includes:

• Storage metrics: Shows licensed and active storage usage, along with visual indicators when consumption approaches or exceeds subscribed limits.

• User metrics: Displays licensed and active user counts by user type (Standard, Collaborator, Ask iManage, and Non‑billable), as well as a detailed list of users active during the selected billing cycle. Visual cues highlight when active users approach or exceed purchased licenses, and administrators can search, filter, paginate, and export the user list.

Access Policy, which controls who can view and administer Billing Analytics. When Billing Analytics is enabled for a tenant, the provisional administrator (typically cloudadmin@<domain>.com) is automatically granted administrative access. From the Access Policy page, Billing Analytics administrators can:

• Grant or remove access for internal and external users.

• Assign Admin or Viewer roles, determining whether users can manage access settings in addition to viewing and exporting analytics.

• Use search, filtering, and bulk actions to manage access at scale.

Together, these capabilities let administrators securely extend billing visibility to appropriate stakeholders—including trusted external partners—while maintaining precise control over analytics access and iManage Work content.
