IMPORTANT: When records are destroyed, they are deleted from iManage Work at cloudimanage.com and cannot be retrieved or restored.
Records aren't destroyed immediately when events to destroy records are created, or added to a schedule, or applied to workspaces, folder, or sub-folders. Records are destroyed when tasks defined by these destroy events are manually or automatically executed.
NOTE:
In the Type field, if Declare All Versions or Declare Latest Version is selected, the Requires Review option isn't displayed.

Under Retention, select Events.
Select the kebab menu for the event you want to edit and then select Delete.

Figure: Confirm event deletionAlthough you can delete events that are included in a schedule or schedules, we recommend that you don’t delete events that are applied to schedules. This is because, after deleting events, any tasks that are in In progress aren’t completed properly.
NOTE: If the event is added to a schedule, you can't delete the event and the following figure is displayed. In this case, remove the event from the schedule or schedules before deletion.
