You can display the following information about a record:
Versions: View a list of the records versions in iManage Work.
Related Items: View the list of the records that were created in iManage Work.
History: View the list of actions performed on the record in iManage Work.
Displaying Record Versions
In the Navigation pane, select the Records tab.
Search or browse for the file part of media type WS Record.
Right-click the file part, and select Record Versions. The Versions window opens, displaying a list of the records in versions.
Displaying Related Items
These document relationships are created in iManage Work. They're different from the relationships between records created in Records Manager. For more information on viewing records that are related in Records Manager, refer to Viewing Related Records.
In the Navigation pane, select the Records tab.
Search or browse for the file part of media type WS Record.
Right-click the file part, and select Related Items. The Related Documents window appears, displaying a list of the records versions.
Displaying Record History
In the Navigation pane, select the Records tab.
Search or browse for the file part of media type WS Record.
Right-click the file part, and select Record History. The Document History window appears, displaying a list of actions in the records history.
The document history differs from the audit history that is captured in Records Manager. For more information on audit history in Records Manager, refer to Viewing Audit History.
