1. After you sign in to the iManage Security Policy Manager application, select the Matters tab from the left navigation bar.
    The Matters dashboard appears.
  2. Alternatively,
    1. On the Clients dashboard, hover the row of the relevant client / client group.
    2. Select .The Matters dashboard appears.

TIP:

You can also navigate to a specific matter directly using Quick Navigation.

In the Matters dashboard, you can view the list of all matters under the client / client group, that you have access to.

You can view the following information pertaining to each matter:

  • Matter ID
  • Name - Matter name 
  • Security Policy - Open, Restricted by Client, Restricted

NOTE:

You have the option to filter the displayed list of matters by matter name or by matter ID. Depending on how the Unique ID setting is configured, you can enter the matter ID directly, or the matter ID prefixed with the Client ID.
